After leaving school with a few GCE´s on my Father´s orders (I mean advice) I started looking for a TRADE (much to my dismay as I wanted to go away to sea like my friends). I passed the Printing Exam and took a job as an apprentice Letterpress Printer. After completing a 5 year apprenticeship during which time I gained my City and Guilds at Liverpool College of Printing. I then retrained to become a Litho Printer and then went on to do Flexography and finally Photogravure Printing.
I decided to have a complete career change and began running a few Greengrocer shops which was certainly eye opening, long hours and very hard work (not like print) but which I enjoyed but when an opportunity came along for job as a Salesman with a Paper Merchant came up I jumped at it.
After 15 years in Paper the lure was too much and I came back into Print as a Salesman and I am happy to have been with Printfine for the last 5 years.
My hobbies are walking, jogging, watching my eldest son and a local Premier team (not telling you which one) play football.
I am married with a grown up family and I try to enjoy life to the full and I love a good laugh.
Printfine are an excellent company, providing an excellent product at an excellent price. So, if you need any printing or advice on either print or paper contact me. Or if you dont like the look of me then contact one of my colleagues.
